Die FA feiert 30jähriges Geschäftsjubiläum 2021

Wir danken dem Oberbürgermeister der Stadt Magdeburg für die Glückwünsche zu unserem Geschäftsjubiläum. In 30 Jahren haben sich der Bildungsmarkt und die IT-Technologien in vieler  Hinsicht rasant verändert. Wir haben uns den Herausforderungen gestellt und freuen uns, dass wir im Bereich Weiterbildung zusätzlich zu unseren lokalen Aktivitäten auch international u.a. in Italien, Rumänien, Finnland, Polen, Schweden, Griechenland und Island aktiv sind. Entrepreneurial Women In ICT – Enhancing Skills to Bridge Digital Divide Erasmus+ Project of Portugal The Entrepreneurial Women In ICT – Enhancing Skills to Bridge Digital Divide project aims to minimize the gap between men and women regarding ICT and entrepreneurial
competences and opportunities.
Spain has been usually characterised by high unemployment rates. Particularly, the economic crises of the last years has largely affected the young people and the adult people with a
lack of ICT skills. Portugal had also very high levels of unemployment despite the improvement in the latest years. In terms of gender employment gap in Europe, Portugal and
Germany are below the EU average, on the other hand Spain is over the EU showing larger gap between genders (Eurostat, 2018). Besides, the women’s work conditions are

Innovative and Practical training for low-skilled and migrants Jobs mit Unterstützung des EU geförderten Erasmus+ Programms zusammen mit ihren Projektpartnern aus Italien, Deutschland, Rumänien und Island begonnen als Nachfolge und Ergänzung des Projektes IV4J. Der Würfel bleibt unser Markenzeichen für gute Handarbeit in Projekten!
